Hi, Hello, Hey! Let me introduce myself — I’m Alli (short for Allison Cullen).

I’m a mother of two amazing girls, career-driven, and a you-first advocate. I’ve been health-forward for years — competing in fitness competitions locally, nationally, and internationally, and coaching other women in-person and online — and I LOVE it all! As a Health Routine Expert, my purpose is to inspire you to move your body and eat real food. I’m here to guide you away from what’s dragging you down and toward daily movement and whole meals that foster self-love and respect.

FAQs

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes! In fact, we'd love for you to have a gym membership—or access to a gym—for the rest of your life. :)

Do I need previous lifting experience?

Nope! We all have a “day one.” What matters most is showing up. Learning to lift is totally doable — your online program includes demo videos for every exercise.

Do I have to weigh my food?

Yes! At LYF, we believe in knowing exactly what you're putting into your body—including how much. Weighing your food is about learning, not restriction. That said, if it feels uncomfortable, no worries—you can simply follow the measurements in the macro-based menus instead.

Will my before and after pictures be posted online?

Nope! But if you're a 1:1 Guided Online client, you’ll need to upload weekly check-in videos and/or pictures. Once you hit your Happy Weight, feel free to share your results and tag @lyfxalli — we’d love to re-share it. Just remember: it’s YOUR body, not ours!
