FAQs

Do I need a gym membership?

Yes, you will! In fact, you’ll need a gym membership—or access to a gym—for the rest of your life. :)

Do I need previous lifting experience?

Nope! We all have a “day one” when it comes to lifting weights. What matters most is showing up. Learning to lift is totally doable—your online workouts include demo videos for every exercise.

Do I have to weigh my food?

Yes! At LYF, we believe in knowing exactly what you're putting into your body—including how much. Weighing your food is about learning, not restriction. That said, if it feels uncomfortable, no worries—you can simply follow the measurements in the LYF Macro Menus instead.

Will my before and after pictures be posted online?

Nope! But if you're a Guided Online member, you’ll need to upload weekly check-in videos and/or pictures. Once you hit your Happy Weight, feel free to share your progress and tag @lyfxalli—we’d love to re-share it. Just remember: it’s your body, not ours!
