ACS stands for ALLISON CULLEN STRONG—me. My purpose is to inspire others to prioritize their health by practicing positive daily habits, like giving thanks, intentional movement, and eating real foods—habits I believe ultimately lead to true happiness.
The first time movement saved my life was in January 2018. As a newly single mother of two, my mental health was low, and I knew I needed support. A session with a helpline therapist reminded me of my passion for running, and soon after, I purchased my first gym membership. Within a week, my mental health began to improve.
Now, nearly seven years later, after facing profound losses—including divorce and my sister’s suicide—I’ve found my purpose. I’m committed to empowering women to prioritize their health through movement and real food, rediscovering self-love and respect along the way.
While I wouldn’t want to relive some experiences, they have undoubtedly shaped my journey. I invite you to watch and listen to my story in an interview with Joelle Tomlinson on my YouTube channel, X ALLISON CULLEN.
"Know that you are loved. You are valuable. The world is better with you in it. Stay strong, keep going, and let movement help guide you."
