The LYF App (Love Yourself First) was created by a busy woman — single mom, entrepreneur, fitness competitor — for busy women. It offers movement, meal, and mindset routines that are truly sustainable. It’s all about consistency, and LYF makes it easier to stay consistent.


Get the App: Step-by-Step!

📱 From the App Store:

1. Download the app
Search 'Love Yourself First x Alli' in the App Store or Google Play. Open it and tap 'Sign Up For a New Account' at the bottom.

2. Tap JOIN HERE in the app banner
This will bring you to the LYF website (where you are now).

3. Choose your program
Select Self-Guided Online (3-Day or 4-Day) and click the corresponding button to go to payment.

4. Log in
Enter the same email and password you used to create your free account.

5. Complete payment
Confirm your program (look for the pink checkmark). Tap Continue at the bottom, add a discount code under Have a code if you have one, enter your credit card info, agree to the Terms of Service, and tap Complete Checkout.

6. Access your program
Open the app, log in, click the down arrow beside the month, click the day, then tap the workout at the bottom (like “Cardio + Lower”) and get movin’!

For 1:1 Guided Online Coaching:
Select Apply Today and fill out the LYF 1:1 Application that is emailed to you. You will receive a response within 24–48 hours after your application has been reviewed.

  • If not: click Login → Don’t have an account? Create one, fill in the info, and select Sign Up.

What's included:

Weight-wise
You’ll learn why you weigh what you weigh, and how to manage it.
Understanding how your body works, and how food and movement impacts your health and body composition, is the key to lasting results.

Food-wise
You’ll get macro-based menus, sorted by calorie range. Just read them, prep them, and eat them. When it’s this easy, all that’s left is to follow through.

Movement-wise
Expect a mix of strength and endurance training. We’re big believers in Morning Movement — fasted cardio like incline walking, the StairMaster, or anything that gets your body moving first thing. Later in the day, after you’ve eaten, it’s time to lift. We like to call these 'Lunchtime Lifts'. And yes, everyone should be strength training.
