The LYF App.

One app for movement, meal, and mindset routines that fit into your busy life.

Believe in your body.

The LYF App (Love Yourself First) was created by a busy woman — single mom, entrepreneur, fitness competitor — for busy women who want a health routine that’s actually sustainable.

This isn’t about perfection — it’s about consistency. The LYF App gives you realistic, easy-to-follow health routines that show you exactly what to eat and how often to move to reach your goals (and stay sane doing it).

How it works:

Choose between Guided Online or Self-Guided Onlineand follow the prompts.

Your movement, macro, and mindset routines are ready when you are.

Guided Online
Perfect if you’re new to the health and fitness world and want 1:1 coaching, personalized routines, and weekly accountability.

Self-Guided Online
Ideal if you already know how to move and fuel your body and just want a solid routine you can follow at your own pace.

What's included:

Weight-wise
You’ll learn why you weigh what you weigh — and how to shift it. We keep it simple with structured movement and meal routines to get you where you want to be.

Food-wise
You’ll get macro-based daily and weekly menus, sorted by calorie range. Just read them, prep them, and eat them. When it’s this easy, all that’s left is to follow through.

Movement-wise
Expect a mix of strength and endurance training. We’re big believers in Morning Movement (fasted cardio — incline walks, stair master, whatever gets your body going). Then it’s time to lift. Lunchtime Lifts are non-negotiable. Strength training happens after food (hence the name), and everyone — yes, everyone — should be lifting. It’s as essential as drinking water.

The truth:

There’s no magic pill. No quick fix.
It comes down to how often you move your body and what you put in it. Will it take effort? Abso-f*cking-lutely. And it should. Excuses? No bueno.
Don’t overthink it — just do.

"Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
